Brew your own beer in Micha’s brewing seminar. Learn more about the culture of brewing beer, Take an active part along with brew master and beer sommelier Michael Miller and get to know all the stages of making beer at our mini brewing equipment. Book your brewing seminar including a tasty 5-course beer meal from “Schwanenwirts Küche”.
