First of all, off we go for the history of the brewery in the brewery vault. Up some stairs, down some stairs, then we arrive at the brewhouse! In the fermentation cellar, you will learn what open top-fermentation means and in the adjoining fermentation cellar, you will draw an unfiltered Zwickel beer sample straight from the storage tank. You will go through the filling area to the brewery/pub where you can enjoy 5 different Berg beer specialities fresh from the barrel. Participation fee is 9,80 EUR per person (incl. guided tour, Zwickel sample and 1 free beer). Dates Mondays to Saturdays, from 10 am to 7 pm (start of the tour).
